Change In Time Ministries
"Standard Ministry Agreement (SMA)"
This SMA is for the purpose of maintaining a higher
standard of clear communication and to state that
both ________________________ ("Sponsor") and Change In
Time Ministries have obtained a mutual
agreement for their time of ministry.
Change In Time Ministries is a non-profit organization
run by an independent board
of directors. All honorariums are established, controlled
and distributed by the board.
The SMA is expected to be printed out, signed and returned
to

prior to the team's arrival to your location. Please
review the below
listed points and feel free to contact us if you have any
questions:
Honorarium:
The honorariums have been set by the board according to
the needs of the ministry. These fees are
separate from travel expenses. Please indicate your
preference by initialing one below.
One meeting/service:
___$200.00 + Expenses This cost covers the hauling,
loading and unloading, and set up and teardown.
(This fee only covers a single Change In Time concert.
Multiple bands and multiple days will need to be
discussed.)
Two meetings/services (with one overnight):
___$300.00 + Expenses This cost covers the hauling,
loading and unloading, and set up and teardown.
(This fee only covers a single Change In Time concert.
Multiple bands and multiple days will need to be
discussed.)
Three meetings/services (with two overnight):
___$375.00 + Expenses This cost covers the hauling,
loading and unloading, and set up and teardown.
(This fee only covers a single Change In Time concert.
Multiple bands and multiple days will need to be
discussed.)

TRAVEL EXPENDITURES:
In traveling; the organizing party will be asked to cover
these costs to and from the organizing party's
location. Costs include; gas, food, and vehicle
maintenance/rental.
Lodging is also required when needed. We consider it very
important that appropriate hotel
accommodations such that all ministry participants have a
proper environment that is conductive to proper
rest. We ask that Sponsor provide a hotel comparable to
Holiday Inn, Days Inn or better. In rare situations
accommodations in host homes may be required. Such
arrangements must be made in advance.
*While at the destination, meals and food should be
supplied for Change In Time Ministries
during their stay with you.
These costs are separate from honorarium.
Payment:
All fees are to be paid to Mike Estepp in U.S.
currency.
Checks are accepted
All honorariums are negotiable between sponsor and Change
In Time Ministries.

Be it further agreed:
-Sound check, if ministry doesn't bring PA, should be
scheduled at least 2 hours before the concert time.
Plan to keep people out of the hall/venue during sound
check. The sound system and stage should be set
and ready when Artist arrives. Please have your most
qualified sound technician there, and a couple of
people to move furniture, props etc. The Artist does like
to take time during sound check to make sure
things go as smoothly as possible during the concert with
no surprises.
-Any appearance for any reason whatsoever other than
stated times and places in this agreement must be
cleared by Change In Time Ministries prior to
appearance date.
-Purchaser/Pastor/Promoter agrees to furnish parking space
for one large vehicle with utility trailer as
close to the stage area as possible, at no cost to artist.
- Adequate electrical power outlets for Artist sound
equipment to be furnished at no expense to Artist
and/or agent.
- If Artist brings own PA and there are more than one act
performing, then group named in this SMA will
perform last.
-If the concert is indoors, Purchaser/Pastor/Promoter
agrees to govern the temperature of the stage area.
Temperature should not be below 65 degrees Fahrenheit.
-If this is an outdoor engagement and inclement weather
conditions, such as rain, snow or high winds
prevail, and artist is expected to perform
Purchaser/Pastor/Promoter must furnish a well covered stage that
doesn't leak in order for the Artist to perform, due to
the fact that instruments are electrical and amplified
and could create a hazard to the lives of the artist and
musicians. Should such inclement weather
conditions occur during the performance, making it
impossible to complete the performance, Artist shall
nevertheless be paid the full agreement price. Following
the concert, contact our office for a date to
reschedule at no cost to the Purchaser/Pastor/Promoter.
-Purchaser/Pastor/Promoter agrees to furnish Artist with
up to (24) bottles of room temperature water for
Artist and crew members.
-Purchaser/Pastor/Promoter agrees that the Artist has sole
and exclusive control over the production, and
presentation of the portion of their appearance. Please
understand that Artist has the right to the "hands on
policy" of mixing house sound, stage monitor, and lights.
The Artist or House has right to control decibel
levels that should be mutually agreed upon between
Purchaser/Pastor/Promoter and Artist.-Name and
number of performers and musicians may be changed at
artist discretion.
-The agreement of Artist for performance is binding UNLESS
prevented from performing by sickness,
accident, acts of God, or any other legitimate conditions
beyond their control.
-If requested, Purchaser/Pastor/Promoter to reserve up to
(10) complimentary tickets/passes at no cost to
Artist/Agency.
-It is expressly agreed that Agent has the right, on
behalf of the Artist at any time, to require payment in
full prior to artist's departure for engagement or
engagements mentioned in this contract.

-Artist will be allowed to autograph and sell including,
but not limited to Recording
Projects, Photos, T-shirts, Souvenirs, etc. at no cost to
Artist/Agency.
-If the said event is not at a church, and is at a
convention center or other location where alcohol is sold,
No sales will be permitted.
-If this agreement covers date or dates to be played in
one of the Canadian provinces, agreement valid
ONLY when it is accompanied by completed "Application for
the Entry of Entertainers" form supplied by
the Canadian Government. If you need information on how to

Technical Rider:
Change In Time
If you choose to not to use the groups PA, then the house
PA must meet basic requirements similar to
what the group would bring with them.*
